I am on a slimming diet because I grew fat recently. I will write the something what I do for a slimming diet.
-I do not eat supper.
The calorie of supper is easy to absorb to our body.
-I use the steps however there is the classroom at the 7th floor of 11 building.
A healthy slimming diet is not start without exercises!
-I choose the low calorie drinks.
The carbonated drinks or fruit juice are very high calorie. But 100% fruit juice is good for our body, I choose it.
I try to continue the things, I will be slim body.
Well, “PEPSI NEX ZERO CALORIE” is not “ZERO CALORIE”, did you know? That is only “low calorie”. If you drink large of it, you have a little of calorie.
